My husband and I just purchased a vehicle at Mike Ward Infiniti and worked with Drew Phillips. What a great experience! Drew was very knowledgeable, not pressuring and helped us make the best decision for us. The process was easy and straight forward. We would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future.

My husband and I purchased by Mike Ward Infiniti this afternoon, and had the pleasure of working with Billy Garcia. Billy was no-pressure, friendly and knowledgeable. At one point I asked him to "sell me the car" in providing information because he was so personable and low-key. He really let the product sell itself. Billy was great.
Originally had an appointment with Jimmy, who was wonderful in providing details over text. Also worked with Bob in finance, who provided simple, straight forward information. No gimmicks, great service.

This place is great! I just bought my second car from this place and everyone is on top of it. Last time I worked with Jeff and this time it was Antonio, they were both very professional and attentive. I have been to the service department for service as well and they don't dispassionate. The lounge is very comfortable and packed with amenities.

This morning I called in to see about a vehicle and had the opportunity to work with Billy over the phone. He was great and helped with all my concerns. I wanted to make sure it was worth the drive as I live 60 miles away. I got to the dealership and was quickly greeted by him and he has been fantastic through the entire process. Mike Ward is a great dealership from my experience.

The only recommend I’d have for them is to ensure that the electric vehicles they do have in stock are charged upon departure.
