We just purchased our second vehicle through the Mike Ward Dealerships, the first was through Infinity. This is by far the best customer service I have ever seen at an auto dealership. Taking your car in for services they provide perks that I have not heard of through any of the other luxury car brands, and if you are going to wait for your vehicle they have things on site for you to do while you pass the time. As happy as we are with the Alfa Romeo, it is not a McLaren, but we were treated as though we were buying one of the supercars that share the showroom.

Great experience at Mike Ward Alpha Romeo. Derrik Blackmore, sales representative, did a great job identifying all of the features of the vehicle we were considering. He engaged well with our entire family - including a special treat by offering our son a ride in one of the Maclarens on the lot.
This is our first time buying an Alpha Romeo and we are very pleased with the experience we had.

Came in to check out a bunch of the cars as I’m looking for something nice and Derrick Blackmore was absolutely amazing super helpful.
