  I made an inquiry online and Ace responded very quickly and was very easy to talk to, gave me confidence in Schomp right off the bat. He was very consultative and asked great questions to discover what car was best for me. Ace was influential without being pushy and I was confident (for once) in a good buying experience as I came in to the showroom to meet Ace and look at BMW's. I was greeted quickly and impressed with the physical setup of the dealership, felt great to be back in a high end > service oriented dealership. Ace gave some great recommendations and actually steered me away from my original car due to limitations I wasn't aware of (no rails on the top of car for crossbars/rack). The ultimate savings deal got me from looking at cars to buying a car on the spot. Phil downstairs was great in orienting me to the car and the "unveiling" was a nice touch. BMW offers were a huge part of me pulling the trigger so thank you to the dealer / BMW for those great incentives. My only feedback was that after I said lets buy this thing it took up to 2 hours to still complete the purchase. I know you were busy and I didn't mind but overall it dragged on a bit as Ace ran around to pull resources and get the car ready for me. I wouldn't have purchased without Ace, he was integral to the sale. Big thanks and I'll proudly keep my Schomp plate holders and advertise your dealer around town. Thanks for a great experience and I'm very happy / proud to be back driving a BMW after a 10 year hiatus! Cheers, Tom

  We came to Schomp BMW to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee. We worked with James Pryor and he did an exceptional job with us. He was through, very well informed and walked us through the entire process with such ease. James made sure our visit was quick and easy. We had a dinner to be at that evening and he made sure we were done in time to make our reservation. We thank him for a great experience and will be back.

  Schomp is a dealership very focused on service and acutely aware of their primary clientele. It shows in the way they offer little extras, treat their customers, explain issues, respect their time, and provide a quality experience. Their restrooms are nicer than most hotels! Yet, patrons should be aware that these services come with a cost. Bimmers and stellar service are not cheap. If you appreciate repairs/service done well and are willing to pay the premium, this dealer is a good choice.

  Great experience buying a car at Schomp. Alex took his time showing me cars I'd be interested in and going on test drives. He even showed me the car I ended up buying but wasn't even listed for sale yet. Ace did a great job with the sales/paperwork part and my trade in was handled easily. I even got a great deal switching insurance with them! Would buy from Schomp again.

  I had the best experience buying my new car here! Everyone was so knowledgeable and professional, they take excellent care of their customers and truly go the distance. I got an excellent deal with my trade in and a beautiful new car. They have a good selection and very fair pricing. They also let you come in for time to learn all about your particular car from one of their ‘geniuses’....and they totally welcome you back if you need more help or questions answered. They are awesome!!!
