  I went to Walgreens to pick up my photo order (which I placed days ago) but it wasn’t ready. The manager explained they had been out of photo paper, which finally arrived today. Unfortunately my order was no longer showing in their system, so I placed another order via the Walgreens app. While I was doing this, or 4 other customers arrived whose online orders were delayed due to the photo paper issue. I listened as he very professionally and courteously worked to resolve their issues. One person needed an item tonight; the manager arranged to have the order processed and ready for pick-up at a nearby location. He truly was “grace under pressure” and each affected customer left feeling they were taken care of.
