OK seriously Jenna is amazing. She makes you feel so comfortable and is realistic. I lost 6.5 inches in two sessions (one week). I did light work outs every other day and kinda ate pizza ????. I can’t wait to see the inches drop even more this week bc this was super motivating!! Jenna is awesome and exactly the type of person I can work with. I think her encouragement was really helpful and motivating. Thank you Jenna you are helping me like myself again!!!
Great experience here. I lost 5 inches in four sessions! I was feeling frustrated with some extra tummy fat after having a baby and I thought I would try this! I'm really glad I did! Jenna is great and works hard to make you feel comfortable!
This experience was great! I lost 8 inches total off my entire body, and 1-2 of those were around my waist alone. This was very relaxing and noninvasive, I even napped during some sessions. I wouldn't say I did tons of diet and exercise, but with tons of water and casually watching what you eat it's easy to see these results! I'll definitely be buying this again to complement further exercise and diet to see even more results. Jenna is super professional, friendly and sweet as well. She's easy to talk to and makes you feel at easy through the entire process.
