  Awesome training and fully prepares you for furthering education towards becoming a yoga therapist. As I went on to get my 500 hr in IYT (KIYT), I found myself not as overwhelmed as other students in the program, particularly with the Koshas, because this training was so thorough and informative. The information you learn prepares you for implementing yoga therapeutically upon graduating; and, Nancy takes complex information and relates it to our modern life with ease - making it digestible and applicable.

  I have had the pleasure to learn from Nancy's talent and knowledge in her yoga classes, workshops and in her 200 hour yoga teacher training. She always offers a meaningful and creative experience. As an occupational therapist, I appreciate how NamasteWorks cultivates the senses and holistic wellness in everything they do with their clients.

  A wonderful six month experience with the 200 hour teacher training. It was my second 200 training and it helped me to solidify my form of teaching. A very welcoming and peaceful studio.

  I chose to do my 200 hour yoga training with Nancy in 2012, and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made! Working with Nancy is intense, authentic and challenging in the best ways possible. Nancy has a keen ability to tap into the inherent strengths of her students, helping them to become confident and compassionate yoga instructors, who are often leaders in their fields. Since my training with Nancy, I have taught yoga for chronic pain, family yoga, prenatal yoga, and postnatal yoga. Currently, I am building my private practice which focuses on trauma informed yoga for people managing chronic pain, life transitions and high risk pregnancy.

  I took the 200 hour Integrative Yoga Therapy training program with Nancy back in 2013. The program comprehensive and was more than I could have imagined as a 200hr training. I was coming from a mental health background and the training added so much more to my therapy practice. Since the training I’ve become a successful yoga teacher, health coach, and have received further training in pre and postnatal yoga. I can’t recommend this program enough if you’re interested in diving deep into the healing practice of yoga.
