  Dr. Simmons is a talented surgeon who has repaired severed tendons in my right ankle (2017) and a torn tendon in my left ankle (2019). His explanation of the injuries, options, and trade-offs was great! I was able to evaluate the options and make an educated decision regarding the path forward. The staff at Elite Foot & Ankle Center are very friendly and coordinating appointments, etc has been a breeze. Dr. Simmons' ability to repair my ankles has been amazing! I am able to resume my active lifestyle and am extremely pleased with the results! I highly recommend Dr. Simmons and Elite Foot & Ankle Center.

  I had joint replacement surgery in December with Dr. Simmons and it was a positive experience with great success. Everything was clearly explained to me up front, there were no surprises and I felt safe undergoing the procedure. The post-op care was great and nurse Nicole is also wonderful. The surgery was a resounding success and I highly recommend Elite Foot & Ankle Center.

  Dr. Simmons did a fantastic job with fixing my big toe. I was to the point where I couldn't even get my ski boots on because my big toe wouldn't move. Just two months after surgery it already feels better than it did before. I now have enough mobility to go hiking and I was able to get my ski boots on again. I just wish I had done it sooner!!
  Dr. Simmons communicated clearly throughout the process from first visit to the last. His staff was great too. I am so satisfied with how it turned out. I would gladly recommend Elite Foot & Ankle Center to anyone who is considering foot or ankle surgery. I will absolutely go back if I ever need. Thanks!

  Went to see Dr. Simmons after conducting research on the internet. My husband and I were very impressed! Dr. Simmons took time to listen and address our concerns. He spent quite-a-bit of time with us on our first appointment. We sent our son to see him as well. He drove 45 minutes for the appointment and said it was worth it! I would recommend Dr. Simmons for anyone who is looking for a podiatrist! His office staff is pleasant to work with as well!

  A week after I moved to Denver, I was running after my dog in the backyard, tripped and twisted my foot, breaking a bone at the top of my foot. This situation was even more stressful than it would have been normally because I was also starting a new job in two days. I rushed to urgent care, they temporarily put me on crutches and told me I needed to find a podiatrist immediately for a more extensive diagnosis. Not knowing anyone at all in the area, I went online and selected Dr. Simmons because of his great reviews. I am tremendously happy with my choice on many accounts. First, Dr. Simmons has a wonderful, friendly, compassionate office staff that makes you feel welcome from the minute you enter the practice. Dr. Simmons himself takes the time to explain everything and answer all questions. Every visit, he spent time with myself and my husband to explain my prognosis in whatever detail made us comfortable. He had to operate on my foot in order to put a pin in the break area. He explained exactly what the healing process would look and feel like after the surgery and he was correct on both counts. For me personally, he took so much stress out of the situation because of both his medical acumen and his time and patience with us. My foot healed beautifully and I am thrilled that I'm back on my foot without any complications. I work in a hospital environment and I know that is rare to have any sincere personal consideration from a doctor these days - in most cases, you're simply a number in a line of daily patients and diagnosis code, so I have great appreciation for the way Dr. Simmons runs his practice and approaches his patients. I give him my highest recommendation!
