  Great customer service from the person who helped me on the phone, a follow up phone call from the assistant manager welcoming us to storage quest and Tony in the office finalizing the paperwork.

  Tony Lopez was absolutely amazing when I came in for a unit upgrade and transfer! Tony understood my needs as a customer, and helped me with a very smooth unit transfer. He even saved me money! By explaining all of the ways I could upgrade, and the conditions of my current unit, Tony was actually able to save me money on my current unit, while still getting the upgraded one and without and fees! He even was able to provide a loaner lock to me for my new unit, while I moved to it. Talk about catering to the customer's needs. This was very helpful when it came time to move everything over a few days.
  
  I also happened to be storing a car, which made for some extra paperwork, however Tony made sure that the unit I requested would fit the vehicle buy asking questions I hadn't considered. He made sure to show me the unit, how the features worked, and wow was it clean. This all happened with no hassle at all, and was such a good experience. A perfect unit and a special thank you to Tony, and StorQuest; for making this the easiest and best storage experience ever!

  What a great place to store your belongings all of the employees are just a treat to deal with. I have nothing but love for this facility. Great price super clean lockers easy access the list goes on. Thank you so much Storquest for being here in my time of need! I wish I could rate this place a ten star. Yet again they have been great to me. Tony at cottonwood is the best!

  I had already rented a large storage unit from them and realized it was almost too big for the items I had. Toni was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. She helped me downsize to a smaller unit and was able to answer all of my questions and even get me into another unit that day. No fees no hassles! I highly recommend this facility!
