  Went for the first time today and very glad I did. Parker’s only craft coffee and wasn’t disappointing at all. I was pleasantly surprised by how approachable, friendly, and fun the barista was - not the usual elitist barista in craft coffee scenes. Spacious couches for seating and clean, modern atmosphere. Only things I didn’t like were 2 things: firstly, the sign outside the shop is TINY and not at eye-level, so at first I wasn’t sure if it was even in the building or if I had been steered wrong. Secondly, the music playing overhead was kinda hard rock, since the space right above the shop is a workout facility. Other than that, great experience! I’ll be back.

  Words can’t describe how wonderful Coffee Theorem is: whether it’s the personable service, locally-sourced (and delicious) products, or their bold rotating menu. While walking into the Clubhouse of an apartment community (Broadstone Montane) can be a bit odd for new guests- it is entirely worth it. I have spent more money than I’d care to admit here, and I can’t imagine that changing anytime soon.

  Intimidating walking into the Broadstone Montane leasing office to find this shop, but it was worth it! Modern and comfotable furnishings paired with the great coffee made my morning read truly enjoyable.

  I definitely love this place. The customer service is wonderful along with the coffee and treats they offer. The way the coffee tastes is worth every penny and I love their choices of healthier options. I would recommend this coffee shop to everyone!

  Delicious!!!! Go into the leasing office at the apartment complex. Ignore the Google maps - it's wrong.... It's actually across the street from where Costco and the businesses are located.
  Delicious coffee, great service and wonderfully calm, regenerative atmosphere. A little difficult to find, but totally worth it!
