Very nice place , great staff! I was attended to quickly and all my needs were met without any problems . Any questions i had were answered and the employees were very courteous. I was helped by a respectful young man Sotero Soto who made sure everything was in order and displayed great customer service. Highly recommend!

This place rocks, highly recommend and even a nice first class property, always clean and this location is basically new. Sotero saved me big time, he stayed late because something on my end didn’t follow through, grateful and blessed for the team effort and will always do business with this organization for sure. My experience in California as well is always so peachy.

Melissa the Manager went the extra mile to help me resolve a misunderstanding with my storage space. But she not only explained everything to me so kindly, but she was very helpful and friendly, and provided excellent Customer Service!!! 🙂😊👍If I ever need to rent a storage unit again. WOW! I went in for a frame adjustment thinking it would be a horrible untimely experience...I was so pleasantly happy with my trip to Costco vision. Erin was so helpful and kind and made the whole thing an easy process. I will reconsider going to my normal optometrist. Thank you!

The Parker Costco Optical Center is fantastic! They go above and beyond to make adjustments to glasses that were not purchased at Costco. I cannot thank them enough for making just the right adjustments to my new pair of glasses - next time, I'll be purchasing from them.

Awesome service! I thought my appointment was at 4pm so I got there at 3:40 to check in and I was mistaken as my appointment was for 3:30. They didn’t give me a hard time or anything and took me right back.

The doctor who helped me was great. Provided me with some good info on my eyes I didn’t know and gave me some good tips that’ll help keep my vision from getting worse. I’ll 100% be going back in the future.
