I was honestly nervous to have my surgery here after reading some pretty negative reviews and I rarely write reviews but I want to reassure anyone having surgery here that you’re in very good hands. I had a wonderful experience and would feel very comfortable having surgery here again. I wish I could remember all names of everyone who I had contact with but after surgery that’s tough. I do remember my pre-op phone call was with Kate, Amy got me ready for surgery and Kesha helped me out the door. The surgical nurse who took me back was very sweet too but her name escapes me. I was a Kaiser patient for years, I’ve had multiple surgeries and I was never treated as well as I was at Crown Point. Thank you!
Just had knee surgery and everything went off without a hitch. The pre-op nurses Lori and Amanda ( I hope I got that right), were awesome as well as my post-op nurse Jessica. The folks that attended to me in surgery were very nice and had a great bedside manner. Even Terry the reception person was great. Zero negative comments!

Tomorrow will be my 4th time in a little over a year at this facility and I think that they do an amazing job! The nursing staff particularly are the best! I have had Amy as my pre-op nurse every time. She is great, knows her stuff, and puts everyone at ease. Had a great nurse anesthetist last time who was awesome too! Even post- op and O.R. Staff are great. As for front desk staff I found them to be nice and courteous. But even if they weren't is that a huge deal? They aren't the ones caring for you.
