As a new resident, I was anxious about finding a new provider to work with, but then I found Christy. I struggle with anxiety and hated providers who just put me on medication and sent me on my way... that’s not helpful. With Christy, I’ve found a great balance that works with my lifestyle.

She challenges me to do better, be better, and approach “hiccups” from a different perspective, while validating concerns and helping me see better ways to react. She’s empowered me to recognize that some people/situations are simply unhealthy, while being supportive of the decisions I make, even if they go against her recommendation, or if it takes months longer to get comfortable. All of this is to say, she feels more like a friend, or favorite aunt, than a medical professional judging my every thought.

What’s most appreciated, is that for deeper issues where my needs are different than her offering, she is quick to point this out and make sure I’m getting the support I need, rather than ignoring or pushing it off- she’s genuinely invested in my wellbeing.

I’m thrilled so see her starting her own practice, beyond grateful that she accepts my insurance, and will be a patient forevermore.
