If every insurance company could be as helpful as James and Janelle with American Family...I have recommended them to several of my friends and colleagues that have been upset with their own insurance companies. Their quick responses by both phone and email is much appreciated, paperwork doesn't "get lost" and if they don't know an answer to a question, they actually find the correct answer, before giving an incorrect answer. My favorite part about using them for our insurance needs was that they always knew who I was, there wasn't a 20 minute automated phone wait. It was a simple call, and their team instantly knew who was calling...which is hard to find anymore. My only complaint is that American Family does not service the state of Montana and we now have to find a new company.
