My experience with Invision Sally Jobe was excellent. Immediately after my physician order my test, I was contacted by the facility to schedule. The scheduler was professional and patient as I gathered the requested registration information. Upon my arrival to the agreed upon appointment time, I was greeted with warm smiles in the clean welcome/waiting area. The intake process was completed efficiently. I sat less than 3 minutes before being addressed to be escorted to the changing room. My technician was prompt in bringing me into the private and appropriately lit and temperatured testing room. She handled me throughout the test with professionalism, efficiency, and competency. I appreciated each Team Member’s friendly and professional care!
Amazing staff! I’ve been to Invision with my mother several times in the last 2 months and each time we have both been so impressed. They have gone above and beyond-from working with some difficult scheduling conflicts to letting my elderly mom sit in a side room where she would be less exposed to potential infection. The CT techs are unfailingly patient with my slower moving and hard of hearing mother. Consistently kind and seem to really enjoy helping patients!
I normally go to the Tech Center location but went to Parker this year. The visit was surprisingly quick. I checked in (receptionist was nice), filled out paperwork, and sat down to read when my name was called. Jean (tech) was very gentle and caring. She made me feel comfortable and made sure to answer my questions.
