  I have regularly gone to see Matt and Chance in service who are some of the best people in general. But it was time to get a new car. From Bob, Chuck, Mr Rausch himself and all the way to Jeremy I had the smoothest most stress free experience ever buying a car. They really helped me understand things that the first time I bought a car I never knew about. I now have a reliable but stylish car that I'm in love with. It took maybe 30 minutes after I chose the car to own it and I will never go anywhere else for a car again. Seriously good company. Seriously good people

  Rausch Motors was a great experience, and Chuck was amazing to work with! He had a kind and friendly demeanor, was very knowledgeable, and best yet, no pressure. He was patient, honest, answered all our questions and had us laughing the entire time. Chuck and the Rausch team were straightforward with value, profitability, and easy to work with. We definitely are happy with our purchase and impressed with how they were able to take care of all the details.

  Chuck is the man !!!! My wife and I had been looking for a family car so my daughter can start practicing her driving, she turns 15 this month. We both have company cars so our daughter can not drive ours. We haven't bought or needed a car for 15 years, so we were a little nervous about the process. We had already been to several of "the big" dealerships and just weren't impressed. I live in Parker so we decided to look at Rausch Motors. Thank goodness we did. We met with Chuck, told him our price range (under $15k) and he set up some cars to test drive, gave us great insight to different Brands and models. He was informative, knowledgeable, funny & most importantly to me - low pressure. We ended up buying a BMW - X3. I feel we got a great car at a reasonable price !! The whole process was easy, fast, no pressure.

  My experience at Rausch Motors was nothing short of amazing. They were helpful from the second I walked in. Chuck assisted me in taking the car I was interested in for a test drive, and was open to any and all questions I had. He even recommended certain things to check while driving the car to make sure I was fully satisfied. I was on an extremely tight budget but was in love with this car and he helped figure out a way to make it work for me. Jeremy helped me find a warranty that I was able to fit into my budget as well and was very helpful and detailed in explaining everything in regards to the buying process. I even had an issue with an insurance check not showing up on time that was being used for a downpayment and instead of demanding money, they were happy to let me pick up the car and bring the check as soon as it arrived. I was blown away by the customer service here. No one was overbearing or pushy. They were extremely patient and understanding and truly wanting to help ME rather than just make a sale. This was my first car buying experience and I feel very grateful that it was with Rausch Motors. Thank you again to Jeremy and Chuck for your kind hospitality.

  Love Rausch's team! Matt made sure the real problem with the front left tire and housing was identified correctly before ordering parts. Called me with an estimate and options, minimized the cost of the repair, then delivered my car back within the exact time promised. All at a competitive price. So happy these guys are right here in Parker. P.S. Great facilities and staff overall!
