  Inviting and encouraging atmosphere at an awesome gym. The only gym in town where you can run a 400 meter on dirt and without sucking car fumes?

  The last post I had about XS Crossfit was 4 years ago. I have been with the box for a little over 5 years. In that time, I have seen more and more members, more classes offered, a second building added, and more friendships. We have a diverse age group that comes to the gym and many class times to choose from. Our coaches have helped my achieve my fitness goals year in and year out. Whether it is offering weekend courses to get ready for the open to the year long Fit Challenge that works on specific skills, XS Crossfit has it all. And the 400m dirt track is a bonus! Definitely worth checking it out.

  I joined XS CrossFit a little over 4 months ago. CrossFit seemed a bit overwhelming and intimidating to me when I first started, but the coaches and members at this box have been so incredibly supportive and encouraging. I am really glad I started Crossfit and am totally hooked now. The programming and coaching at XS has really helped me achieve some results that have far exceeded my expectations.

  Great social group of people. Facilities are great too. The trainers are good and very engaged. The owner is very professional and personable. There's a wide variety of ages and ability levels. It's located on private land in a purpose built metal building.

  I started going to XS CrossFit as both a new Colorado resident and a person getting back into the gym after a solid year off, and my experience here the past four months has been wonderful! The community is so welcoming! the coaches are knowledgeable and skilled in pushing you, but not further than your limit. This gym is willing to meet you where you’re at, whatever your skill level, and then shows up to support you as you grow and work toward your goals. Highly recommend it!
