(February 27, 2019, 9:16 pm)This place is so great! It is so refreshing to have a place that is honest and reasonable. We have taken ALL of our cars here. My son's car died because the timing belt broke. Normally when this happens it is done for. But my hubby took the chance because he has faith in the mechanics here at Brakes Plus. Well, they revived it! We just took our 2010 Subaru for its timing belt and brakes. My son ran over something last week and broke the sway bar - they fixed it! The guys in the front office are so knowledgeable and nice. The place is nice and clean. The mechanics well they are FANTASTIC!

The employees consistently explain procedures, work around my schedule, and ensure that I'm paying a fair price and include great warranties. Highly recommended! I'll be taking my car here again when I need maintenance!

(February 11, 2019, 7:47 pm)I go here all the time for my car. They have the best service in Parker. My rear drive shaft recently broke and they were able to fix it for less than quoted price, cheaper than anyone else, and they finished in half the quoted time! Great service. Highly recommended.

(January 9, 2019, 12:15 pm)I brought my car in for an oil change and asked them to check my brakes. They got my car in right away, no waiting. I think what I most appreciate is the honesty. Ryan gave me two options for my oil change, and actually suggested the cheaper option and explained why he did. He saved me $30 right there. Then he came back after checking my brake pads and told me I still have half a life on my current brake pads. I'm pretty sure other places would have tried to rip me off on both counts. It's not too easy to check the wear on brake pads; sometimes you have to trust them. As long as Ryan is manager here, I will totally trust this place. How refreshing to have an honest manager! Thanks, Ryan! You're my new place for oil changes and brakes!
