Travel Nurse Housing

I am so happy with my experiences as a host through Furnished Finders! We have met wonderful travel nurses, who have been the most responsible, kind and down-to-earth tenants we have ever had. The website is easy to use, but if you ever have an issue or if there is a glitch with the site, just call the Furnished Finders customer service team. They are excellent! Today, one of their reps, Sol, helped me organize my photos for nearly an hour!

A great website that really surprised me at how they charge so little and yet bring so much value.

No hidden fees, no extra 'premium' services, no adds. What you see is what you get, and at $100 a listing, it's really a bargain.

Some of the features aren't the greatest, but I can't imagine better value for the money I spent on this site.

I have experience with other housing platforms. These other platforms are really clearinghouses and a way to exchange money. There is very little support, good luck if you need someone, and the associates are scripted and seem more interested in clearing your call so to get to the next person. Furnished Finders offers the same services of finding tenant leads, but are clearly more than just a matching agency. I have found them responsive, supportive, timely, and thorough. Their host matching website is intuitive and simple to navigate. They seem to really care about the experience of the host and the guest. Hurray for Furnished Finders. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to find vetted, professional individuals to rent out a room or a house.

My wife and I had purchased a house and garage apartment to live in while we built a new house on the property. Our son lived in the house for several years and we used the garage apartment for guests. When our son moved we had to decide whether to sell or rent. We decided to fully refurbish the two units and make them fully furnished so tenants would not be moving furniture in and out. We had put so much time and money into the project and were afraid to rent to strangers but when we discovered Furnished Finder renting to traveling nurses it seem like a perfect match for us. Furnished Finders website was easy to use, the legal help for a lease was useful and being able to get a free background and credit check was a plus. After only two weeks posting our rentals we had wonderful tenants move in. The only improvement we would like to see would be a state specific application for the tenant protects. So at this point we are very happy with the service Furnish Finder provides to us as landlords. Thanks guys for the great service.
