“We did around a 250k remodel with Apple Remodeling, so we basically tested everything that they were made of. To sum it up, right off the bat, Apple Remodeling is a finely tuned machine. I was absolutely amazed at how precisely everything was coordinated and how the actual work was so well done. To really top it off, however, Ted (Owner) is so easy to work with and communicates everything so clearly and HONESTLY. If some changes are made during the project, he makes sure to credit you for even the littlest things, but, at the same time, he doesn't nickel and dime you. On that note, most contractors charge a percentage fee for change orders. Apple Remodeling DOES NOT charge a fee. You are just billed for the work/material. That is a huge plus, in my opinion, because throughout a project you are certainly going to think of things to change/add. That really helps keep the nerves at ease when you're going through such a massive project. Another HUUUUGE plus is that Ted listens to you. If you have questions/concerns, Ted addresses them and doesn't beat around the bush. It is ridiculously amazing how easy it is to work with him. Not only was Ted great, his crew was amazing as well. They are all so polite and considerate. I'd probably trust these guys to baby sit my kid. Further, they clean up at the end of every day. We've even had comments from friends/family on how clean the work site is. These are exactly the type of people you want working on your house--people you can trust. Most of this review hasn't even focused on the quality of work done, which, by the way, is excellent; however, let's be honest, when you're basically having surgery done on your house, you want to be at ease through the ENTIRE project--not just at the end. Going into the remodel, I was not expecting it to go so smoothly--after all, it was a massive remodel. The potential for things to go wrong is there, but it was not the case with Apple Remodeling. I really think that Apple Remodeling is a gem in this business and a step above everyone else. You just don't get the level of service that Apple Remodeling provides from just about any business these days and that is why I am so happy that we found them.”

“I didn't even think to check the sign or look in the window before walking into this cute little boutique shop. Obviously as soon as I was inside I realized I was surrounded by women's apparel and accessories and felt a little out of my element. At least until Khela stepped out from behind the counter and greeted me. What a sweet lady! She was extremely welcoming and proceeded to make me feel at home here in the Parker area. I'm so appreciative of good customer service- a rare thing in today's society- but this place has it through and through. Thank you Khela for your hospitality and welcoming and I'm going to check you guys out the next time I have to get a gift for one of my sisters or my mom!”

“I love this cute little shop! Filled with beautiful creations done by local artisans, this is a must see store anytime you're looking for the perfect gift for someone for any occasion! Unfortunately Cathy was sick today so I didn't get to meet her, but I got to meet LauraLynn (the manager from Parker Panache next door) who was filling in for her. She was delightful! “This is so great! I love going to the Farmers Market. We have made it a Sunday tradition. They have a ton of stands, filled with local companies, and delicious treats. Fruit, vegetables, pastries, pretzels, burritos and donuts. I would highly suggest picking up a bottle of Big Es BBQ sauce, stopping by The Local, and picking up some mini donuts.”

“Seven Seas Salon is the best of the best in Parker. The salon is always clean and all the stylists are friendly. I personally have been getting my hair done by Samantha for about a year and a half and she is excellent at what she does! Tracy is great too! I've gone to her when Samantha was overbooked. Well make it into the Tailgate Tavern & Grill on Main St. My server ASPEN is fantastic. The place was packed and she severed me as if I was the only one there. I ordered the Patty Melt and fries and trust me you have never had a Patty Melt like this. Served on grilled Dark Rye Bread, Topped with sauteed onions, Swiss Cheese and Thousand Island Dressing. Your burger is cooked to your specification, and when it comes it is indeed 100% the way you requested. I asked for mayo to dip my fries in and it was delivered without hesitation. They have Happy Hour Specials, LIVE Music, Multiple Flat Screens with all the sports that you can imagine playing on them. They are open 7 days a week and serve, breakfast, lunch and dinner. She put our house on the market in less than a week of our first meeting, so that we could have an open house during a planned vacation.
