Staff are crazy welcoming and the 0930 class were immediately friendly. Definitely got the “CrossFit community” vibe here. Extremely glad I stopped in. WOD was well programmed, and challenging. Will be coming back! -

(February 14, 2019, 10:05 am)Just went here for my first time. I am not in great shape, but it was a super-welcoming environment. The coach for my class, Lawrence, was super-knowledgeable and great with offering tips for improvement and also encouraging the class. I like that the class offers a challenge independent of skill level (really easy to scale up). Overall great experience so far!

(November 1, 2018, 8:07 pm)I am in town visiting family and open gym worked perfect for me. Nice people, nice space, and clean. I enjoyed my visit. I’ve been crossfitting since 2009, owned a CrossFit gym 2012-18. If you’re looking for a gym in your area I recommend giving this place a try.
