  Ive been here for about a month now and
  They are following all cdc guidelines. Ever since i started, they've had disinfectant wipes throughout the gym and everyone wipes off the equipment after each use, every one is wearing their masks and being so consdierate! Management and clients are polite, respectful, never in your space and ive never felt judged and every one has been so friendly to talk to! I like that this is a smaller gym, less intimidating and its so easy to come here everyday! Keep up the awesome job!

  I love the staff! Creyton is a great personal trainer who has helped me gain strength l, balance and confidence. Joe is doing a great job as manager. The equipment is well maintained and current. Glad I joined.

  Very clean, nice equipment. However, it is cold..wear sleeves or a jacket. The restrooms have such powerful fans and high ceilings that it is like showering in the frozen tundra. I generally drive twice as far to Monument, because there it is a normal gym temp. Guess I am just old-school, I like to keep my muscles warm when lifting.
