The sales person was not pushy at all. He actually made sure that we tried out all the beds before making our purchase, which was amazing. We made out choice, brand new king size bed with box spring, frame rails, mattress protector, and delivery for less that $1100! The service at the store was amazing, the delivery personnel were amazing! I almost wish I needed more beds. I want to give this place 200 stars! Keep it up and thank you, you've earned my business forever.
Okay now I know Bob is a little scary to look at but I checked out one of the stores over by ultimate buffet and I have to say his prices are good opposed to other stores I did find one other store that had little bit better prices but they were not a big chain like Bob discount mattresses I chatted with a very knowledgeable salesman and I have to say I was impressed. I am buying my mattress at the other store for my own reasons but if it doesn't work out I will definitely go to Bob's discount mattress and purchase one from him. We should always support our local businessman and not the big rip off mattress chains and definitely stay away from American furniture Warehouse they are a rip-off on their prices and they will pester the hell out of you to buy something and then when you don't give your address up they will tell you they can't help you.
I had a wonderful experience both times I came into this location. I went in the first time to check out their selection and prices. Beth was very knowledgeble and offered the perfect option for our guest bedrooom. I came in the second time to actually purchase the mattress and set up delivery. John was just as knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience all around, great prices and I feel confident about my purchase. Thank you!
