Doctor and nurses top notch. Administrative services ( website, phone availability for appointment changes, etc. are not)

    Pre op staff? Amazingly wonderful.
They were patient, understanding, and even thanked Florence for the way she handled the situation as well.
Doctor Russell? The absolute best. His very presence was calming and reassuring for Florence when she was exceedingly anxious and panicking about the procedure.

Post off nurse Rebekah was a bit of a rocky road. She could be rude or adorable.
Sounds like she's been having a tough week but Dr. Russell isn't your enemy, Rebekah. He's your ally.

Shandra? She made the day so much better when Florence was in pain, discomfort, stress and everything else that comes with post-surgery. Shandra expressed and represented your hospital in a way that ALL of your staff should strive for when it comes to how you interact with your patients. Especially when they're in pain. The nurses didn't really express that until the end but when Florence was at the peak of her pain and discomfort, Shandra got things moving and done for us every step of the way and kept Florence calm when she needed it most. Dr. Russell came in to check in after surgery and reassured us of the situation even more with a genuine smile and we sincerely appreciate both his, and Shandra's positive outlook & expression. That is what hospitals need, especially when your patients are in pain and need of the services their insurance is paying THOUSANDS FOR!!!

To many nurses and staff, it's just another day. To us? It's our hard earned money and lives in your hands. We understand many grow callused but to us it is a whole new experience. Everytime. I speak this way because it is the example my mother set as a home health aid, supervisor, wound care, and then RN. She loves her work and expresses that passion with every patient.
Thank you to everyone once more.
