Alliance Urgent Care & Family Practice

My experience with Dr. Carroll is always second to none, he is caring, compassionate, empowering, very knowledgeable (more so than past practitioners I have encountered) and IMO, most importantly, a listener. He also leads his team from the front, by example. Experience the practice for yourself to see what I mean.

But this review is about one team member in particular. My experience is always, and I mean always, off the the best start with Johnny W.

Johnny greets you with a smile, which you know is there even behind the mask. He is genuine, funny, relatable, affable, and when he talks with you, you feels as though you are the only person in his world at that moment. This could certainly be a curse to someone in the medical field, but he simply cannot help it - it is WHO he is. He cares about every patient. Johnny is the epitome is Alliance Family Practice - they simply care.

No one wants to go to the doctor, but we all want a smart, compassionate one when we do have to go. Dr. Mark Carroll and the staff at Alliance Urgent Care & Family Practice in CO Springs were incredibly kind and wonderful to us when we had to visit their clinic recently. We are from Arkansas and were traveling in CO when we went to the clinic just to be sure my mother-in-law was ok after a fall. They got us back to see Dr. Carroll very quickly, took great care of her and helped us with all of the issues we had while there. Everyone, from the front desk staff, to the nurses, to the x-ray tech, to Dr. Carroll, treated us with kindness and compassion. We are so grateful for their help!

My family and I are traveling and got sick. We needed to go to an urgent care, and we needed one in our agency. Alliance showed up and I was skeptical because of the low star reviews. After going through the reviews it seems the low reviews were mostly on the reviewers fault and not anything the clinic could do, so we decided to give them a try. We are glad we did! From the front office, the nurse and the doctor everyone was so nice and cared about our issues. After we left and the prescriptions we needed were sent to the pharmacy the pharmacy had multiple issues with getting us the prescriptions, so we let Alliance know our issues and they sent our prescription to a different pharmacy without any hassle. I highly recommend this clinic!

I have seen quite a few of the Providers due to the amazing availability to be seen same day through their Urgent Care. I see Dr. Jeremy Jarecke for my PCP. Dr. J is an amazing Physician and I could not be happier with my health care. I also love that they have a Psychiatrist 3 days a week at their office. Peggy is amazing. The front desk team is great and works very hard to accommodate patients needs! Highly recommend!
