These realtors are fantastic and always keep their word. They were able to help my husband and I find a house quickly and took really good care of us. I always have and will continue to recommend them as even after I bought my house they still take care of anyone I send their way. We bought our house in Aug/Sep and it was then and still is a sellers market and they were able to help us navigate these waters. I would like to make a special mention of Stephanie McFarland, as she is one if the nicest and hardworking peeple you will ever meet. If you are fortunate enough to have her working with you, I guarantee she will work her rear end off making sure she helps find the place that you're looking for.
I'm the husband of one of the realtors. They did say they would try to give you 24 hour notice, YOU were the one that told them you only needed an hour. Reality is you were not prepared for this market. As you point out you are a TENANT not the home owner. You do realize when a realtor goes to work for the HOME OWNER it is their job to SELL the home? You also must realize everything they do is done through the home owner NOT the tenant. You have demonstrated that the realtors in this situation did an outstanding job. They sold the house in less than a week even though you were combative and turned away several potential buyers. Like you so kindly pointed out, showing started pouring in and back to back clients were coming. Again, that is their job. As it turned out they received multiple offers on the home. The only semi factual statement you have written here is the house did get listed one day early. My wife filled out the MLS a day early and had a request for showing AND a tentative offer within 20 minutes.
