What can I say about this place, they are amazing. I got my dentures 5 years ago or so. This year they broke twice, I am at a 9 hour drive. I was very disappointed and frustrated and I told them what was going on. They brought me in the second time fixed them again and got fit me to get new ones. I know have a spare set and they took amazing care of me. Due to my long drive they made accommodations so I would not have to come so many times. The way they took care of me I can not express my gratitude. My dentures look just like my teeth did when I had them, their work brought a tear my my eye cause I lived with no teeth for years. I look amazing again and I can eat now. Thank you Ryan for scheduling me and working with my situation of living so far away. Thank you Dr Humphrey for making sure I have a new set and not making it difficult to get a new pair. De Humphrey immediately told me I would be fine and started process to make new ones. He also told me I would have to come back to get things done, he changes things around and they saw me that same day to so most of the work and just came back to get my new pair. I am for ever thankful if they great work y’all did, the money I spend was 100% worth every penny.

This will be long, but I'm covering my whole experience from beginning to end, which is what I was looking for in a review when I was shopping around for dentures.
have suffered with ugly and stained teeth since I was young. As I turned 60 , I had very few teeth left in the back, and my front teeth were getting loser by the day. It was only a matter of time before I was going to loose my front teeth, so I knew I needed to act now. I checked around for prices knowing I wanted the anchored dentures, and that I would need reconstruction for all of the bone loss I had, and that it would be pricey. I got in touch with a friend who had got his dentures from the Renew on Union in the Springs and was extremely happy with his, so I took the leap and made an appt for a free consultation.
From the moment I walked in for the 1st time these folks were friendly, welcoming and personable. I thought of course they are..they want my money! My consultation was with Becky. She made my feel so comfortable and was knowledgeable, and informative. I was a bit disappointed when I found out that they did not take my Delta dental or any other insurance to help with the cost (by the way they were my lowest of 5 estimates) but Becky did tell me they would give me detailed printout to file on my own. I went for it, and it was the best decision I've ever made. I'm not one who usually does things for myself and decided it was time to do just that.
I was quite impressed when the anesthesiologist called me at home the night before my surgery to discuss the exact procedure and plan to make me comfortable since I couldn't be put all of the way under due to health issues.
I was extremely nervous on surgery day, until I met Dr Phillips and his team. They were relaxed, happy, and confident which immediately put me at ease( I even remember them playing music and singing while doing my surgery) I got my temporary dentures that same day which everyone thought looked great and I had no problems at all with them the time I wore them waiting for my bone to heal and secure the implant apparatus. I also much appreciated the phone call that I received the night of my surgery to check on me.
Then the fight to try to file my own claim with my insurance...though I was given a coded and very detailed claim form from Renew, my insurance found one issue after another as reason to not pay towards my procedure. This is when I found out how much they cared about me as a person. They already had my money..paid in full, so nothing to gain for them, but both Becky and Dr Phillips spent a lot of time helping me with my claim through phone calls, emails and you name it they did it for me. Due to mine and their persistence, I got a nice lump paid by my insurance after all.
I now have my permanent dentures. The only down side to my whole experience here was that I wanted the bright blinding Hollywood white teeth which they did not offer,as they deal in more natural looking teeth. Don't get my wrong, my teeth are white, just not where you can see me coming from a mile away.
I went in today for the second time to get an adjustment on my bottom denture which is what prompted my to write this lengthy review. The fact that a place treats you just as good when you go back for adjustments as they did when they were trying to sell you their business is impressive to me. The front desk crew is great and the outgoing and friendly girl Jen who has done my adjustments both times is just awesome. I almost hope I'll need another adjustment just to hang out with all of them again. Thank you Renew for my new and beautiful smile!

PS...I am disappointed that since I got my permanent dentures in early May and due to Covid, I have to wear a mask everywhere and can't show them off!

In the past 10 years I have been through a lot with my dentures. I have had to have them done two times in the early years with the traditional old style dentures. I seen the Re-New ads and decided to go in and see what it was all about. I decided to move forward and get the RE-New process done. It was the best decision I ever made I am truly happy with my new smile. And the entire staff is absolutely wonderful.
