  Have been getting prescriptions here for years. Only reason we keep going there is the competant, knowledgeable and friendly staff.

  Pharmacy tech was VERY helpful but hard to understand. Slowing down slightly and using NATO phonetic alphabet would help quite a bit. This technician's help was very crucial in getting our authorization through.

  I recently moved to Colorado Springs from Southern California and I was very apprehensive about leaving my pharmacy - especially all the techs and pharmacists who knew me so well. I take a fair amount of medication and my doctor's office often sends the wrong one or forgets to send them at all.
  
  I could not have asked for a better replacement! Everyone at this pharmacy has been absolutely phenomenal. They remembered my name right off the bat, they remembered what the doctors would get wrong and they would mark it down and check with me, they'd call me if the doctor was being responsive - they really go above and beyond in every way.
  
  Earlier tonight, my bank had locked down my debit card due to a fraud alert. While I was on hold with the bank, the woman who was helping me grabbed her phone, reached across, and payed my bill with her phone. It was an unexpected and completely selfless act of generosity that I won't forget! If you're looking for a new pharmacy or a place with people who will actually care about you, this is it. They're easily the best I've ever run into.

  Best pharmacy in Colorado Springs! The pharmacists and techs were retained when CVS took over from Target and that was the best thing that CVS did. Paul is outstanding as are Melissa and Jeff.
  
  They care about their customers and take the extra moment to ensue they understand what to expect from their medications and answer all their questions. They work hard to find available discounts for their customers.
