Kura Japanese Restaurant

I am so glad to have tried a night out at Kura for my Moms birthday dinner. We have finally found our favorite sushi restaurant in Colorado Springs! The fish was fresh and delicate, portions were impressive, and the additional dinner offerings will bring us back for more. I know these have been trying times for restaurants, but you wouldn’t know it here. Everyone was working so hard on both dining room and take out. Make sure you order takeout for this next round of Covid shutdowns because I want to this amazing location running for another 15 years!

They give you so much delicious food at a great price. Everything was extremely fresh and not overly sauced. Even my kids ate all their food except for the broccoli tempura..so they aren't miracle workers, just really good at making Japanese food.

We enjoyed the hibachi and some sushi for a small celebration today and had a great experience. The food was amazing, as always, staff was very friendly and we were able to sit and eat out for the first time in months. They are taking great precautions to protect everyone and I will definitely continue to come back!
