Piano Lessons with Pat

Pat is really good with our daughter! She is a great piano teacher and our daughter loves going there.

My 7 year old son began taking piano lessons with Pat 5 months ago. Pat does an amazing job teaching and encouraging him. He loves piano and looks forward to his lesson every week!

You've heard the phrase... "It takes one to know one!" Well, take it from me, a former piano/theory teacher myself, I have spent quality time with Pat Anderson and found her to be as genuine of a person as you will ever meet. We have compared notes on our teaching styles, love for music, etc. at length. She likes to get to know her students well and pours into them all that she knows musically and wants them to appreciate music of all styles. This makes for a well-rounded grounded musician enriching their lives in whatever they do in the future whether they continue on in their music studies or not. I would encourage to at least meet and talk with her before you go anywhere else!

My plan is to START lessons but I have seen Pat, many times, with her students (my daughter takes guitar lessons from her husband and I've LOTS of hours of observation). Pat is patient, kind and enthusiastic! She can teach the very young to the not-so-young. She invests some of herself into EVERY student!

Pat Anderson has a special gift in teaching piano to children. My son Jacob has been taking lessons for quite some time and has thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Pat has taught Jacob how to play the piano in a kind and caring manner. She has been very attentive and provides great instruction on a weekly basis. We have been more than pleased with her piano teaching style. I would recommend Pat Anderson as a piano teacher. She has been wonderful in working with my son. Cheryle Burgess
