Had a great experience at rocky mountain auto brokers. In and out quickly with a happy family. Chris and Sam were both great to work with! Friendly customer service, not pushy, good conversations. Would recommend anyone to come here.

Initially went in looking to value a trade and check out a vehicle. Sam helped me out and Chasity reached out to set everything up. Sam was so knowledgeable that I decided to make a purchase. Things went sideways for my trade-in and the staff were quick to adapt to the changing situation, they were kind and professional. Chasity made it a point to be welcoming and hospitable and I really appreciated all of their efforts. It ended up being a pretty amazing day after things went wrong, and i'm glad they took the time to make sure everything worked out. I look forward to doing business again with them in the future. You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, you get friendly people who don’t try to “push” anything on you. They’re helpful. They listen. They’re accommodating. That was my experience with Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers.

I initially spoke with Sylvester via email, but he graciously handed me over to Neiman when I arrived at the dealership. He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond and made it a point to resolve any issues or questions that I had.
