  TJ offered a fabulous massage, as well as knowledge for certain techniques he was using, and why I had some sore spots *before* my service. Also, booking was a breeze, Courtnee was very helpful emailing back and forth to find the perfect time for my appointment. And then she and the Spa Manager, Katherine (who always has a smile on her face), greeted me with the warmest welcome today. Alluvia Spa is my go-to for self care.

  Simply perfect!!! Arrived an hour early to take advantage of the beautiful and clean locker room whirlpool and steam room. So glad we did. Our experience felt invigorating and refreshing before we even started!!! We had the bubble pedicures and the staff was friendly and thorough. Our toes look perfect and feel even better. THEN we relaxed on the sun deck before heading home. Absolutely 100% recommend!!! (One side note is that women using the spa were, in my opinion kinda messy... leaving empty cups, wet towels and even a Q-Tip for someone else to put away. There were many garbage cans and towel bins every where so there is no excuse for not cleaning up after yourself!! Having said that the staff were attentive and quick to pick up after everything.)

  I have had wonderful spa experiences at Alluvia. The massage, pedicure and waxing were all done with about 24 hours notice from the time I wanted the service and my appointment. All the employees are detail focused and listen to what you want from the experience. The atmosphere is relaxing and very comfortable. The locker rooms have steam rooms and hot tubs. The view of the mountains is also lovely from the patio attached to the spa.

I contacted Alluvia Spa to set up appointments for late afternoon on the Saturday of our visit. There were a wide variety of treatments available. We found the setting to be absolutely beautiful as we drove in to the Cheyenne Mountain Resort complex from a sightseeing drive we took earlier in the day.
