  In the midst of covid two days before deployment and on my birthday I had almost given up hope of eating at a good steak place. Luckily for me Colorado Rib and Chop House was here to save the day! Food was amazing and reasonably priced for the quality! Service was impeccable! Can't wait to come back next year when I'm home!

  EDIT a year later! Took my wife here for lunch and it was absolutely fantastic. Great lunch time options (the executive lunch is amazing). Service was quick and the steaks were done to absolute perfection! Our waitress, Jayden, was amazing as well. Very attentive and friendly! I upped my rating from 4 stars last year to 5 stars now just based on that wonderful experience. Thank you!
  
  Delicious, great variety, pricey. That sums it up. Very friendly, engaging staff, but I implore them to have a better lunch time selection for quick in and out lunches with clients. The steaks are done perfectly and are full of flavor, as are the pork chops. The ribs will all depend on where you grew up and had ribs! Some will like them, to others nothing will beat their "hometown" ribs.

  Update 8NOV BRUNCH - chicken fried chicken is great. Much improved effort for table spacing and mask compliance. Great service, great food. On your game today.
  
  14 June 6:30 pm, walked in saw female manager not wearing mask, another staff member wearing mask but not over nose, minimal effort to space tables in dining area, fairly packed and not very good for people with high risk. Understand it’s hard to open under circumstances but you guys need to do better than that. Waiting area bench was full on inside and within glass enclosure with people waiting for tables also not wearing masks.

  Beautiful restaurant, always a good time. We dined last night at the bar top. It was just what we needed after a long day at work. Juan took care of us and did a fantastic job. Efficient and personable. My lamb was a little overcooked but it didn't stop me from devouring the whole plate in a matter of minutes. ? Tender, and absolutely fantastic flavor.

  First time in and had a great experience! The staff was absolutely the backbone of the entire place. Food was great. Our server was Amelia and she was amazing! The manager Haley came to check in on how the meal was and seemed genuinely concerned. Everywhere seemed super clean and they are absolutely taking the precautions with this pandemic. You can tell that the manager really cares about her job!
