Walter's Bistro

We met with two other couples who are friends of ours at Walters Bistro for a Dinner. The food and service were excellent. I really appreciate the dedicated staff they have and their cooks obviously know what they are doing! Walter himself talked with us at our table and he is a very pleasant gentleman. It was quite enjoyable!

servers are very professional, well trained. steak is the best it's like melting in your mouth. the appetizer - steak tartar is very fresh and tasty. I'm falling in love with this restaurant. oh! the cream mushroom soup is the best soup ever!

This place is amazing! They treated my spouse and me like royalty. Thank you Kim for being a phenomenal waitress! The owner, Walter, is very down-to-earth and personable. He personally made sure we enjoyed our excellent dishes. We look forward to coming again!

Went there for my birthday dinner with my family including a very curios and active 3 year old. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and took great care of us. The food was amazing and the lobster bisque is most likely to win world’s best if it entered such competition. My husband loved the blueberry pie (used to like mine the most and I no longer hold that title)
Over all, this place is a definite must visit when in Colorado Springs
