  Wonderful massage by a wonderful human. I came in with restrictions making me unable to cross my legs without pain and with a shoulder issue making push ups painful. Casey is so good at what she does. She had me trying out crossing my legs and push ups mid session and the pain and restrictions were gone. I felt aligned and balanced as I walked out. Will definitely be back.

  Casey is incredible!
  over the years she has helped me with many running injuries and alignment.
  I have never thought about jaw alignment, and never thought i had problem even, but i have had a clicking jaw.
  Last year i had 2 root canals, the dentists couldn’t quite see the problem via xray but referred me to an endodontyst who also couldn’t see the problem but was pretty sure i needed root canals which i had..
  Low and behold , when i visited Casey last week she noticed an alignment issue after fixing up a back problem, i would never have thought to ask about it. With a few careful movements from Casey, my jaw was aligned and i had an incredible release of pain from the tooth, jaw and head i must have been storing up some pain for a long time, it was like striking gold.
  I’d highly recommend Casey, and feel very fortunate to have found her.

  Casey is amazing.
  I was pretty sore for a while and didn't need a relaxing massage, I needed someone with good knowledge on deep tissue and work the knots out, which I found with this place!
  
  I went yesterday and I'm still a bit sore from the massage but I feel and felt much better after the massage! Totally recommend and will go back. ♡
