We sold our house and moved to Colorado from out of state like so many other people have....but during the month of June. Rentals of our standards were just not available at this time of year. We were staying in an airbnb with only 2 days left on our stay, no home waiting on new construction, furniture in transit, and made numerous calls to find everything had been rented already. Then we called Holly from Highest Point. She was able to accommodate our situation by showing us a beautiful condo on very short notice. We had a few issues while staying there with the heater, garbage disposal, etc (no fault of anyone) these things happen with homes. Highest Point Realty was very quick to address any problems we had and always had someone on site to fix issues ASAP! They were always very polite and easy to work with! We were very grateful. I tell you all of this from a renters perspective, but if I was an investor with rental property I would feel 100% confident in hiring Highest Point to manage my property. They are very professional, reasonably priced, and do their due diligence to ensure "ideal" kind of tenants live in your property. Whether your a renter or an investor I highly recommend without reservation Highest Point Realty. You will not be disappointed!

I really appreciated that they had our best interest at heart and that we had a say in reviewing applicants. We literally chose to go with them the day we were moving out of state and they made the process so easy and stress-free. Holly has been wonderful with communicating when needed, both during the applicant process and after. I really appreciated that they were not pushy about getting a tenant immediately, but instead getting the right tenant. They have taken the stress and headaches out of renting a property and we could not be more pleased with them.
