  I bought my q5 here a few weeks back and all I can say is my experience was amazing. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and helpful. Jose asked the right questions and got me into the perfect car. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Ask for Jose if you go in, he’ll find a way to get you a car that checks all the boxes. Also, the treatment doesn’t stop after you buy your car. Carlos is the tech guy that helps you learn all the gadgets your car has. He is extremely helpful and continues to help me weeks after buying my car. So happy with this place!

  I have had several excellent experiences with Audi South Austin's service department recently. The Service Dept Manger, Lauren, is an amazing professional--highly knowledgeable, very responsive, with excellent interpersonal skills. Omar who is in charge of the shop is also very expert and a great communicator as well. The videos of the service that Casey does are outstanding and a great customer service touch. These are a very qualified team of professionals. A real pleasure to work with..

  Had a great experience buying a car at Audi South Austin. A family member had recently bought a car there and recommended Chris Austin, Audi Brand Specialist, to us. I have to say that it was the most relaxed and seamless experience we have ever had buying a car. Chis was very knowledgeable and there was absolutely no pressure felt during our visit. They were busy but still responsive to our needs as we progressed through the looking/deciding/buying process. We would not hesitate to visit this dealership again in the future!

  Excellent car buying experience. Took safety concerns seriously. Sale was almost entirely done through emails. Easy sale on both sides. Jose answered questions and responded quickly. Business side was fine. Gentle pushing of extended warranties, etc..Paid cash so process was fast. Car was delivered clean.
