  Our sales person Dave was excellent. He was professional, courteous, and very helpful. Worked with the owner Ben on the final step. He was also very professional and helpful. There was absolutely no pressure. I walked out the first time and there was absolutely no trying to get me to commit. Very up front and honest. When I cam back and committed to purchase the vehicle the sales paperwork was handled in a very professional manner explaining everything in detail. The car was clean when we looked at it but they took it through the detail process anyway. I noticed no floor mats or spare tire. Ben quickly made that situation right. I highly recommend this dealership for any used car purchase. I am not sure what went wrong with the negative reviewers but that is not the experience I received at all. Thanks Car Concepts of Colorado team, I appreciate your approach to used car sales.

  I recently bought a car here, and everyone there was so accommodating and nice. The whole process went very smooth and quick. The car was also very clean, and their prices were very fair. I highly recommend checking out this dealership if you are looking for a new car!

  Ben is amazing! I cannot possibly say enough good things about our car buying experience with Car Concepts. We have finally found our forever car dealer! Honestly, I usually want to take off the dealer emblem on each car I buy since it has always been a miserable experience but buying from Car Concepts was the best car buying experience we have ever had. I am so happy to have the Car Concepts emblem on our car because our buying experience was great! Ben is beyond fair, amazingly kind, and super knowledgeable.   Car Concepts is not only a locally owned dealer, but an honest one. I personally worked with Ben who made it a point to place me in the right vehicle based on my needs and wants. Also, although he has beautiful vehicles on his lot, he can and will get you any vehicle you are looking for.
  
  He is extremely honest and wanted to deliver the best product he possibly could. He personally took care of the little quirks I wanted and immediately fixed a major issue that arose upon delivery. Communication was superb throughout the entire process.
  
  Like most people we’re skeptical of buying used vehicles from ANY dealer. Upon a detailed inspection of my trusted mechanic it came to show that my vehicle was immaculate and in sound condition AS STATED and delivered.
  
  I very HIGHLY recommend Ben as the salesman and Car Concepts as a dealer. Honest, trustworthy, and most importantly they’re local. Thank you Ben, you will forever have my business.

  Completely happy with my experience here! Ben is an honest, trustworthy dealer. A rare gem in the industry. I would trust any vehicle on his lot. Pricing is very competitive. In fact, for the vehicle we were looking for he was cheaper than private party. I've known multiple people who have purchased a vehicle from here and each one of them have been happy with their purchase long term and return customers. I will be back to purchase another vehicle!
