(September 3, 2019, 3:31 pm)Under new management. They have trainers, exercize classes, and yogo Monday thru Friday . Silver Sneakers members can join for free. In addition Bon Fitness Center offers Silver Sneakers exercise classes at no cost.

(June 30, 2019, 8:38 am)This small gym has improved immensely. The new management has made tremendous improvements. This gym now is so inviting. Just having music playing is great. The ambience is more charged up. I go there twice a week so far and plan on increasing my attendance. Solomon, the new manager, is a go getter. Love this place
