Just got my hearing aids yesterday and so far so good! Jennifer is awesome. She explained what I need to know in steps so it's not so overwhelming. The next visit I will learn a few more things about my hearing aids. Jennifer took her time and didn't rush through the process with me. She is very patient and answered all my questions more than once. Jennifer is easy to understand and very friendly! She has made my life a lot easier. Thank you!!
Jennifer is one of the best audiologist I have had in my life. Her patient care is amazing. If you have questions or concernsshe can answer all of them if she can't answer at the time show do the research for you and get you the answer. For someone to do the research for you on a question you have is pretty amazing it just shows that she cares about her patience. I would recommend her to everybody I know.
Dr. Dessel has a great personality and is the best hearing professional we have we’ve used. She treated my grandmother like family and she understands better than he ever has before. I can not say enough about her knowledge and character! If I could I would give her ten stars.
My dad had his hearing aids fitted by Dr. Dessel and his life has totally changed. At first he was very against them. She sat down with him and explained everything to him. Trust me, my dad can be very hard to deal with and she was very patient with him.
Now he's so much happier. He said he couldn't believe what a difference the hearing aids make. He's been hanging out with his friends more. My mom doesn't have to shout at him constantly and the TV in their house isn't so loud you can hear it in Denver. We've been trying to get him in hearing aids for years!!! Best audiologist in town!
