The coaches are also so knowledgeable, making sure all exercises are done properly and modifications are given as needed. I highly recommend OTF Closter! It is a fabulous workout and experience!

(August 5, 2022, 10:51 pm)this is my second month in OTF. Can't complain when someone is helping you improve your fitness goals. Everyone here is nice and helpful. The coaches are amazing and it's the best 60 minutes workout. Plus a heart rate monitor is useful in tracking your heart rate zones throughout the class.
Don't think twice about this. JUST GO FOR IT.
