When my other half and I first started out looking for houses, we worked with a brand new realtor through a different company. We were under contract on my dream home, but unfortunately some things came up during title (hidden HOA). Working with a brand new Realtor as first time home buyers was very difficult for us. After we terminated our contract, I was determined to find the perfect realtor for us! I interviewed 10 different realtors from 10 different agencies.
