  My experience with Upack was honestly amazing! I spent about a full day researching the best companies for a cross country move, and dealt with a lot of fishy-seeming companies that were also quite expensive. I had some people personally tell me about their experience with Upack, and I decided to go with them.
  
  I VERY carefully packed all of my things into a shipping container for my move from MI to CO, and everything arrived perfectly. Nothing was broken, everything arrived on the timeline that Upack said it would, and customer service was great. My only complaint is that I didn’t always receive a phone call when I said I would the first day the truck was on its way (but did receive one when the truck was coming in CO to drop off my box). Besides that, everything was amazing! I can’t say enough good things about my experience and this company now has my trust!
  
  PS, they are willing to work with you to negotiate down price if you ask. I was able to get about $300 in discounts after asking twice.

  We moved across country from colorado to florida and Upack made our move so much easier than I was expecting. There was excellent communication about drop off and pick up. We had plenty of time to both load and unload the truck. It was a huge trailer and way less expensive than the competitors that do the same drop off and pick up pod. There were plenty of spots to secure tie down straps inside which we utilized and not one box had moved when we received it. Customer service was always very helpful. The only complaint was they give you a 12 hour window for drop off. Luckily I work from home so it was no issue for me but it would be an issue for others who try to work the same day. Overall we loved Upack and I have already been recommending them to several people!

  UPack was great. They came when they said they would and picked up when we called. My biggest problem was that they were supposed to call a half hour before drop off and never did. I was going to go to work and come back, thankfully I did not. They were also supposed to call 2 days before they arrived. Again, never received a phone call. I was told they would give a call an hour before they dropped the trailer at the location and never received a phone call. It worked out for us, but just be aware of that lack of communication.

  Great experience. They delivered, picked-up and transported trailers to our new home as advertised. After unpacking, they picked up next day. The service was a good value with a well developed process.

What Other Say: User (26/07/2017 20:27) I was dealing with 2 long distance moves which belongings going two separate ways. U-Pack had options for both, one stop shop! Was able to utilize a cube for the smaller shipment and truck space for the larger one.
