  10:30 on a Saturday evening, and not very busy in the dinning area. However, the young lady who is the asst. manager on duty is horrendous. One would think an asst. manager would display exemplary customer service. She is busy chatting with co-workers about non-work related small talk, and she acts as if customers at the counter are a bother. She calls out my order number and I thank her. No response. Now, she has blown me away. I don't need or expect anything more than, "thank you". But no word, nothing is unacceptable. Maybe she didn't hear me or, regardless I serve her up a 2nd chance for redemption. I ask for a napkin, a straw thanking her loudly each time. Again, not a word. I am invisible to this "leader" who is supposed to set an example to the entire crew. Upper management, owner, corporate. Somebody, please address and fix this. Customers can go to any retaurant to be ignored. We expect and deserve better from McDonald's!
