  Great service as usuall. Went to get tires rotated. Was in and out even before an episode of South Park finished. ??? The place is always clean with comfortable seating while you wait.

  This is an update to my previous review: I went back today because since the alignment my vehicle has been making a sound that is hard to describe. I wanted to see if they could just drive it (less than 5 mins because you will hear right away) and give me a quick idea if this is caused from the alignment or something else. The guy that was assisting me..well I felt he was a bit condescending. I know he couldn't pull someone off a project they were working on, I was willing to wait to closing. I didn't want him to diagnose it with their machine right then and there, Pretty much I wanted to know, based on the sound and their knowledge with vehicles,if this is safe to drive. Less than 5 mins of customer service for my peace of mind is all I was asking for at that point. This noise didn't happen until after my alignment (not saying that was the cause) but I know if I was mechanically inclined I would have a good idea where its coming from and what might have caused it and more importantly if it's safe to drive. Trust me I know there are people that could hear something and know what the problem is..my dad is one of them but unfortunately he's back at home in another state and sick. I still would like to do business with them but today was not a 5 star customer service day.
  
  I purchased tires there a few months ago and today I got my alignment. Service and customer service is great. Also they gave me quotes for services that are needed and not just there way to make more money.

  We have lived here about a year and have been here three times. They always have great prices, kind and professional service, and are very straightforward about wait times, costs, etc. My first visit was the day I drove into town. After twelve hours on the road, I got a screw in my tire about 30 minutes from my new house. A couple of kind local fellows stopped to help me change my tire and recommended H&H for the repair/replace. I was so pleased with my experience that we have been back two more times for another (different tire) repair and a new set of tires for our camper trailer. We will keep going back and recommend them to everyone!
