(June 7, 2020, 10:05 am)We were really impressed with Glenn at D3/A-OK appliance repair. Recently our dishwasher refused to work so we called the manufacturer and they got us in touch with D3/A-OK. This has been a difficult problem to solve requiring several visits and calls with the manufacturer's technical support. Glenn has diligently pursued the solution with the manufacturer leaving no stone unturned in the pursuit of restoring our dishwasher to working order. He is prompt, courteous and professional and his advice has helped us tremendously. He is definitely one of the best appliance repair guys we have ever had the pleasure of working with.

What a relief to find Glenn who was able to diagnose and repair my treasured machine! He is clearly highly qualified, knew what he was doing, efficient, pleasant, and my utility room was left tidy. He provided a thorough assessment of the problem and an evaluation of the machine so I could keep it working. Parts were needed, ordered and the repair accomplished in good time. Definitely on my A-list for appliance repair!
