I've been here a couple of times. Recently went in to donate my hair.

After showing the stylist multiple photos of bobs we had a discussion about the length of the hair. From there she forgot I wanted a bob. She gave me a straight shoulder cut. When I asked about the height in the back she sat me back down in the chair and started chopping haphazardly at the back of my head after she had spent an exorbitant amount of time blowing it out. It was the end of the night. I was the last appointment and everyone else was wrapping up to leave. I offered multiple times to come back for her to finish. I could feel her hands shaking.

Even after this experience I gave my haircut a week to settle and get used to it. I love having it short again at least. I called back today to schedule a hair appointment.

I received an incredibly nasty attitude from the receptionist just now after explaining that I didn't mind paying for a new haircut I just didn't want the same stylist. I did everything I could to try to communicate with her and stop her from butchering my hair. Why would I want her again? I made it clear I was willing to pay? I don't know. Must be friends. But I won't be coming back between the two experiences. Absolutely bewildered.

Edit: I reached out to the email provided. They listened to my experience and scheduled me another appointment sooner than what was originally offered and with a different stylist. I really appreciated the communication. I didn't feel like going back and dealing with the social awkwardness of it all- but improved the rating due to them improving the customer experience.

Decided to finally go lighter but was really nervous! Sam P. Put me at ease instantly. I have gone three times so far and love what she does to my hair every time!

I love this salon. I've been going here a few years and recently moved so I live too far away now. I saw Jessa the owner for a long time and she is amazing. But as her schedule got more full and she had to focus more on running the business, I started seeing Stacie who is also awesome. They are all so friendly, professional, and it is very much a team environment. All the staff make you feel welcome and they are happy to be there. The pricing is fair and they do an incredible job!

Kat is awesome! I always leave with a smile and my hair feels amazing! Kat does a great job with hair, and she is wonderful with conversations!

Their COVID measures are helpful, and easy to follow from the temperature check to hand washing, and sanitizing the stations. They are doing a fantastic job!
