My 3 children & I really enjoy University Ave KinderCare. The director Mrs. Heidi is really easy to work with and is always there if you need anything. All 3 of my kids are in the school age classroom and really enjoy having Mrs. Sam as their teacher. She is so caring, and treats the kids like they are her own. She has a great reward system for the kids and really puts her all into making the classroom the best it can be for everyone. She's always keeping me in the loop on how their days had went. Very happy with this location and would recommend to anyone looking for childcare!

University KinderCare is truly the "industry standard" and is absolutely incredible with so much care and kindness for children, and parents alike. After an abrupt change for my two young children in their primary care, I sent them here for temporary care - and was so incredibly BLOWN AWAY with the center, their program and the entire staff. My children went from an environment they feared to one they loved and looked forward to returning. In a perfect world, my children would attend University KinderCare full-time for their primary care! I will continue to use University KinderCare for back-up as needed!

There are not enough words for me to use to explain how remarkable this center is. This facility has staff that have been there for quite sometime and also the new staff that have arrived but have become WONDERFUL additions to the Universit Ave Kindercare family. The staff and the curriculum that is created makes this the most comfortable environment for my kids and myself. My family and I have been enrolled with KinderCare for more than 7 yrs. I have had 3 children in the program.
I have referred numerous families as well because I love the KinderCare program and curriculum.
I love the way they handle the children while they are in their care, parents are given full communication and it is appreciated especially if you are a parent like me who will have questions. My children look forward to going EVERYDAY and I would not want to have it any other way.
This center I would say does not get half of the credit they deserve.
The Covid-19 pandemic hit and when some of us parents were at a lost to what to do with school closings the director Ms. Heidi and her staff was there to reassure families that they were going to be there to support during these challenging times. They were open on days when school was not. They continued to have structure for the kids. They stepped up for families when schools DID NOT. They had suggestions on what families should do during this time with the kids when schools DID NOT.
To the ENTIRE TEAM at University Ave, On behalf of the Curtis family I say THANK YOU....THANK YOU for ALL you have done and ALL you will continue to do. Please know IT DOES NOT GO UNNOTICED :)

The staff at University Kindercare have been amazing, my son and I would have never made it threw distance learning without the amazing school age staff, they are so good at communication and actually talking to the students and parents. I also have a pre k child there with a food allergy and they go above and beyond to make sure she is safe. Both kids love going everyday and I love how easy it is to talk with any of the staff there. Thank you so much for making child care easy for us.
