Saint Aubyn Homes at Lorson Ranch

I recently moved into a home built by Saint Aubyn. They were always helpful each time I called or talked to any of their employees. The home is beautiful, but, as always with new construction, needed a few fixes as I did my walk through. Even after closing I needed a few things fixed, but my superintendent, Nicole, was amazing! She has always been on my side and quick to schedule the needed repairs. I have felt like she has been on my side the whole time!

Generally great company to do business with. They were flexible on closing dates, and customer service was generally quick to accomplish requests. Had a couple of follow up services that had to get done, which is why they do not have 5/5.
Also Nikki's customer experience is on point! she has been very open and flexible while we worked a couple of maintenance fixes.

We had a great experience buying our second home built by Saint Aubyn in Lorson! Our home is beautiful! Mark was wonderful to work with and answered all of our questions. Nicole was amazing during our walk through and was super on top of our needs and answered our questions even after we closed!!! I’d recommend them 10000% any day!

My wife and I just bought a new build from Saint Aubyn and it should be finished in September. With that being said, we want to provide our initial review on the start of the process. First, we would like to thank Megan Farrell and Saint Aubyn for helping us through the initial step in buying a home. Megan has done an excellent job in helping us through this whole process. She took us very serious and provided all of the information from the beginning when she was just giving us tours of the homes. This made a great first impression on us! We even told her that we were in the process of looking into homes, going to weigh our options and then decide which home we'd like to go with. We're so grateful to be working with Megan and Saint Aubyn. She has been very good at responding to us when we have any questions related to the home. Other builders in the same community or other areas of Colorado Springs did not see us as "serious buyers" during this process. This resulted in the sales agents not providing the full amount of information we needed to begin the process of buying a home. We're also happy Saint Aubyn helped us with the loan process too. We went with their preferred lender Mortgage Solutions and we're glad we did. Mortgage Solutions and Saint Aubyn wound up giving us a $12,500 incentive which we put $10k towards finishing our basement. JD and his assistant David have been just as helpful as well. They've helped provide all the information we needed for the loan. Also, Saint Aubyn includes all appliances(microwave, stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator) and garage door opener for being military. I would definitely recommend anyone to them if you're planning on buying a new build. So that is our initial review with Saint Aubyn in Lorson Ranch. We will provide future reviews when we go through the design process and when the house is finished. More to come!
