Nick came to my home to fix my gas fireplace. He replaced the SIT valve due to me trying to install a smart switch and had no idea it used low voltage. He educated me on the milivolt it takes to ignite the pilot and due to my ignorance I found out the hard way. He went above and beyond with fixing our fireplace! He went the extra mile and covered two holes that were bringing in a cold draft into our home. I definitely recommend HearthMasters, they are very professional and go out of their way to ensure your taken care of! Will definitely keep doing business with then, and they gave us a military discount as well! Thanks Nick we appreciate you and your company!
Danny did a fantastic job of fixing my fireplace! I was very impressed with how thorough he was and also for explaining everything to me along the way. I had a different company here 1 month ago to fix the problem, but they misdiagnosed the issue and wouldn't come back without charging me a second diagnostic fee! That's when I called HearthMasters and I'm so glad I did! Danny found the real issue with my fireplace and fixed it. I highly recommend them for your fireplace needs. Absolutely fantastic. Danny and Nick were friendly and curious. Took the time to set up sheets so nothing would get dirty. They also explained in great detail the ins and outside of the gas fireplace. Very reasonable rates and actually saved me $ by telling me to get new ceramic logs from amazon instead of the manufacturer which was almost a $200 savings. Highly recommended and I will definitely be calling them for our future needs. Thank you!
Hearthmasters did a great job converting my wood burning insert fireplace BACK to wood burning from a gas log. They were very quick, professional, left no mess or debris and gave me some advice about further actions I can take for adding a fan and glass doors to the fireplace. I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone needing expert work done on their gas fireplace.
