They’re very quick to respond to your needs and work really hard to resolve any issues. My husband and I felt like we were home during our initial tour of the property. We’re very happy that The Resort at University Park is our new home!

She was invested in helping us. We can't move until June, but we're so excited at the prospect of calling University Park our home!! Thanks Grace!!

(January 27, 2020, 1:53 pm)Beautiful property atop a hill. Neighbors are very friendly, the residents are very good with their pets, they keep things clean. Office staff are my favorite people! They have been kind and extremely helpful to me. This is a good place.

(August 14, 2019, 10:29 pm)The best place I’ve ever lived out 13 residences. I love it here. This is a unique location surrounded by views, pines, and hiking. It’s quiet and breezy. Even walks around the neighborhood are peaceful and beautiful. Everyone here behaves well and treats each other with respect. The staff is awesome as is maintenance. I don’t ever want to leave.
